ARTIST BOOKS
Each one of Amanda Barrow's artist's books describes the travel through time and space of a given shape as it unfolds in either the hands or the eyes of the "reader." The shapes are presented as defined absences, cut away from the surrounding clay or paper. Amanda sees this artwork as an abstract autobiographical narrative, telling her story again and again from different angles, manifested in the book format.
